GRANDMA SYCAMORE’S® Bread Great Taste Guarantee Program

Terms and Conditions

How to Request a Refund: If you purchased a specially marked GRANDMA SYCAMORE’S® Honey Whole Wheat 24oz or Sunflower & Honey 24oz bread products after July 19, 2021 and are not satisfied with the taste or soft texture, mail the following items with proper postage and a return address included on the upper left-hand corner of envelope to: ATTN: Consumer Relations, GRANDMA SYCAMORE’S® GREAT TASTE GUARANTEE, P.O. Box 976 Horsham, PA 19044; (i) the entire original wrapper of the product; (ii) a 3" x 5" piece of paper with your name and complete address printed legibly; (iii) a copy of the register receipt with the purchase price circled; and (iv) a description of why you were dissatisfied with the product. Envelopes not including a return address will not be opened and be deemed void. Refund requests must be received by March 31, 2025 to be eligible for a refund. Such date is subject to change without notice.

Refund will be provided for the purchase price specified on the register receipt (not to exceed $4.99). Refunds will be provided in the form of a check or Visa gift card, to be determined by Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. ("Company"), in its sole discretion. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of refund. Company will only refund the price of one (1) eligible product stated on the receipt, and not any sales tax or other charges. Limit one (1) refund per household.

Eligibility: Program open only to legal residents of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Arizona, and California. Employees of Company, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this program.

General Conditions: Wrappers must be originals; not photocopies or reproductions. No mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, or forged wrappers will be accepted. Return of any refund request as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the refund. Company is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, inaccurate or postage-due mail, wrappers, receipts or refunds or for any errors relating to this offer. Company has no obligation to acknowledge refund requests or provide a refund that is not in compliance with these terms. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing wrappers is considered to be in violation of these terms. Certain other restrictions may apply. Program may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. In the event of such early termination or modification, a notice will be provided at Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, divisions, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the program, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the program, or in any other program-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the program, as solely determined by Company, will not be entitled to a refund and may be subject to legal action. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this program. Void outside of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Arizona, California and where prohibited by law.
